What should I wear??
I suggest wearing neutral or earth tones, they always look great on camera. For an engagement session, you can never go 'too fancy' (IMO).
So if dresses are your thing, by all means wear the dress you've had your eye on! If more casual is your thing, jeans and a cute top are perfect. I have a whole styling guide that goes over more wardrobe questions in depth once we book!
Do you shoot inside or outside?
I primarily shoot outdoors in natural light. I do not have a studio, but I do know of some gorgeous ones in Cedar Rapids/Iowa City area. OR we can do a fun activity like going to a brewery or coffee shop!
Can we bring our dog?
Yes! The answer will always be yes!
Where are you located?
I am based in Lisbon, IA. It's in-between Cedar Rapids and Iowa City. I have a list of my favorite locations, I love going to new places, so just ask about the location you have in mind and we can chat!
How many photos will we receive?
The edited images are unlimited, as in I don't set a specific number for engagement sessions. I want you to have as many as possible from our time together, but you can realistically expect at least 50.
Your edited images will be delivered in an online gallery link 1-2 weeks after your session.
Is my engagement session included if i book a wedding with you?
I offer a few wedding packages, but if yours doesn't include a complimentary session you can add it on! I believe it's the best way for us to feel comfortable and get to know each other more before your wedding day!
